We currently operate in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan, with our headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya. We have established regional offices in Kampala and Dar es Salaam, and we are actively expanding our presence in Rwanda and South Sudan. We have the logistical capability to mobilise to any East African nation within 30 days of contract award.

Mwanga Infrastructure Group holds ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety) certifications. We are registered with the National Construction Authority (NCA) Kenya at the highest contractor category, and our engineers hold professional registrations with the Engineers Institute of Kenya (EIK) and equivalent bodies in our operating countries. We are also FIDIC-compliant in our contract management practices.

Yes. We have extensive experience working with international development partners including the World Bank, African Development Bank, USAID, UN-Habitat, and the European Investment Bank. We understand donor procurement requirements, reporting frameworks, and social safeguard obligations. Our project management team has delivered numerous development-funded programmes across East Africa and maintains current prequalification status with several major multilateral institutions.

Quality is managed through our ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System, which defines standards, inspection protocols, and hold points at every stage of construction. Each project has a dedicated Quality Engineer, an independent materials testing laboratory, and a real-time reporting system providing clients with live quality data. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to non-conformance, with mandatory corrective action processes and independent audit cycles.

Community engagement is embedded in our project delivery framework from the earliest feasibility stage. We conduct formal stakeholder consultations, establish community liaison committees, and develop Community Development Plans for all major projects. We prioritise the recruitment of local labour, engagement of local suppliers, and investment in community infrastructure where project scope permits. Our aim is that every community where we build is measurably better off as a result of our presence.

Registration requires completion of a vendor assessment form and submission of relevant business registration, tax compliance, and quality certification documents.
